DOWNLOAD EZfare

To get started download the EZfare app by visiting the App store or Google Play

Sign into your EZfare account or make a new account

ADD FUNDS TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Select the amount you wish to add to your account or create a custom amount. Then confirm purchase. You can also load funds at retail locations

HOW TO CHECK MY BALANCE

GET STARTED WITH TAP & RIDE

Click “Get Started with Tap & Ride” A QR Code will appear on your screen. Utilize this QR code to scan on validators

DON'T HAVE A CELL PHONE? No problem, EZfare cards are here!

Customers who are unable to use a mobile device can still benefit from Tap and Pay by using a reloadable card. These cards are available at your local transit agency for a fee of $5 per card.

Viewing your
Tap & Ride Balance

You can view your account balance at any time by selecting clicking the “Tap & Ride” bar at the top of your app.

Viewing your
Travel History

To View your Travel History click “Your Active Tokens” to expand. From here you can view all previous travel history and also any discounts that are available.
